My name is Tracy Jones. I am a strategic engagement and social performance specialist with executive experience across mining, consultancy and government sectors.
I've lived and worked in the Territory for almost 40 years and have a proven track record as a senior leader in stakeholder engagement, human rights, cultural heritage management and Indigenous employment and engagement programs.
In 2006, I established Creative Territory, providing strategic counsel to boards, CEOs and leadership teams across a diverse range of industries, including mining, government, insurance, not-for-profits and public policy.
I spent 13 years working for global resources company Glencore at its McArthur River Mine operation, six years as a consultant and seven years on the senior leadership team leading the social performance and human rights functions.
As the Chair of Women in Resources in the Northern Territory, I am a passionate advocate for gender diversity in typically male-dominated industries.
