iTrackmedia is an online tool that allows organisations to track and analyse their media coverage and produce reports on key media metrics for management.
Once setup, it allows the user to input a range of data from their media monitoring including:
- Tone of the article (positive, neutral, negative)
- Spokespeople quoted
- Take-up of key messages
- Emerging issues
Reports are available in tables or graphs and clients can filter answers by category. For example, by only showing stories that are “positive”, you can see what issues are getting you the best media results.
By looking at reports on a month by month basis, organisations can report to management on emerging issues and the success of PR activities over time.
