Who I Am
My name is Tracy Jones, founder of Creative Territory and a crisis leadership and stakeholder engagement specialist with nearly 40 years of experience in the Northern Territory.
I've helped businesses and organisations manage through the kind of moments that test leaders to their limits including reputational threats, stakeholder breakdown, workforce crises and high-stakes decision-making.
My experience spans mining, government, insurance, not-for-profits and public policy, including a decade embedded in the senior leadership team at Glencore's McArthur River Mine, leading social performance, stakeholder engagement and human rights functions.
Since founding Creative Territory in 2006, I've provided strategic counsel to small business owners, boards, CEOs and leadership teams who need clear thinking and decisive action when it matters most.
