Who I Am
My name is Tracy Jones, founder of Creative Territory and a crisis leadership and stakeholder engagement specialist with nearly 40 years of executive experience in the Northern Territory.
I've led organisations through the kind of moments that test leaders to their limits including reputational threats, stakeholder breakdown, workforce crises and the high-stakes decisions.
My experience spans mining, government, insurance, not-for-profits and public policy, including a decade embedded in the senior leadership team at Glencore's McArthur River Mine, leading social performance, stakeholder engagement and human rights functions at scale.
Since founding Creative Territory in 2006, I've provided strategic counsel to boards, CEOs and leadership teams who need clear thinking and decisive action when it matters most.
